Introduction to High Temperature Cartridge Heater Products
In the field of industrial heating, High Temperature Cartridge Heater have become the core heating element in many high-temperature operation scenarios due to their excellent high-temperature resistance and efficient heating ability. It is also known as a single ended high-temperature heating rod or high-temperature bullet tube heater, designed specifically to meet the heating needs of temperatures above 300 ℃. It is widely used in industrial scenarios such as mold hot pressing, metal melting, and high-temperature drying.
Core performance and structural advantages
The High Temperature Cartridge Heater adopts a unique structure of one end closed and one end outgoing, which is suitable for high-temperature equipment environments where wiring at both ends is not possible. The core heating element is made of high-temperature resistant iron chromium aluminum heating wire, combined with high-purity magnesium oxide powder as the insulation and thermal conductivity medium. After being compacted by high-temperature shrinkage process, it not only ensures efficient heat conduction, but also maintains stable insulation performance in high temperature environment. The maximum working temperature of the product can reach 850 ℃, and some special models can even exceed 1000 ℃. The surface power density can reach up to 35W/cm ², and the heating speed is fast, reaching the set temperature within seconds to tens of seconds. The thermal response efficiency far exceeds that of ordinary heating elements.
Material and specification customization
To adapt to different high-temperature corrosion environments, pipes can be made of high heat-resistant alloy materials such as SUS310S stainless steel and Incoloy800, which have excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance. The pipe diameter covers the full range of 3mm-32mm, and the length can be customized between 25mm-5000mm according to equipment requirements. It supports a wide voltage range of 12V-600V and customized power of 50W-20KW, meeting diverse heating needs from micro precision equipment to large industrial furnaces.
Safe and Durable Design
The product is manufactured in accordance with CE international safety standards, with a cold insulation resistance of ≥ 50M Ω, a leakage current of ≤ 0.5mA, and multiple safety protections. Internally, imported high-purity magnesium oxide core rods are used to fix the heating wire, avoiding component displacement and short circuits at high temperatures. Externally, the core free grinding process is used to control the diameter accuracy within 0.02mm, closely fitting with the equipment installation holes to improve thermal conductivity efficiency and extend the service life of the components.
