1、 Product Overview

Internally Wired Cartridge Heater is an efficient electric heating element designed specifically for heating scenarios where wiring at both ends is not possible. It occupies an important position in the industrial heating field. It abandons the traditional terminal connection method and uses a 450 ℃ high temperature resistant wire to directly lead out the heating element from the inside. This unique design greatly improves the product's high temperature resistance and mechanical stability, especially suitable for complex working conditions such as mold embedded heating and vibration environment.

The surface sheath of the product is made of high-quality materials such as stainless steel SUS304, 310s, or incoloy800, and filled with high thermal conductivity and high temperature resistant insulating magnesium oxide powder and nickel chromium alloy heating wire to ensure efficient heat transfer and electrical safety. Its surface load can reach 25W/square centimeter, with rapid and uniform heating, which can quickly meet the heating needs of the equipment.
