5、 Installation and usage precautions
(1) Installation requirements
Before installation, it is necessary to ensure that the size of the installation hole matches the diameter of the heating tube, and the clearance is generally controlled between 0.1mm and 0.2mm to avoid the heating tube shaking due to excessive clearance or installation difficulties caused by insufficient clearance.
During installation, handle with care to avoid collision or impact on the heating tube, prevent deformation of the pipe material or breakage of the internal heating wire.
The outgoing end should be protected from external forces such as tension and torque, and the outgoing wire should be properly fixed to prevent loose wiring caused by long-term vibration.
The heating tube should be fully inserted into the interior of the heated object, ensuring that the heating section is in contact with the heating medium to avoid dry burning.
(2) Precautions for use
Before the first use, the insulation resistance and voltage resistance of the heating tube should be checked to ensure that the product is free from damage, leakage, and other issues.
Suitable power lines and control switches should be equipped according to the power and voltage parameters of the heating tube to avoid overheating and burning of the line due to overload.
During use, dry burning of the heating tube should be avoided. It must be operated with electricity in the presence of a heating medium (such as air, liquid, solid, etc.), otherwise it may cause the heating tube to overheat and burn out.
Regularly inspect the heating tube, including visual inspection, insulation resistance testing, etc. If any abnormal conditions such as corrosion, deformation, or leakage are found on the surface, the use should be stopped and replaced in a timely manner.
During the use of heating tubes, contact with flammable, explosive, and highly corrosive substances should be avoided to prevent safety accidents or product damage.
