1. Good ventilation: When used in the air, ensure that the installation location is well ventilated to avoid safety hazards caused by excessive surface temperature.
2. Installation in the mold hole: When used in the mold hole, the heating tube must be customized according to the reserved installation hole, and the gap between the heating tube and the mold hole must be strictly controlled to ensure heat conduction efficiency.
3. The effective heating part of the heater must be ensured to be completely in the heating medium;
4. The electrical connector of the L Type Cartridge Heater should be placed outside the insulation layer or the heating room, and the working voltage should not exceed its rated value;
5. The working environment of the heater should have a humidity of no more than 95% and no explosive or corrosive gas.
