New Hongda Electric Heating Technology makes a heavyweight appearance at the 2025 China International Electric Heating Industry Expo, leading the industry's green transformation with innovative technology

2025-05-07

The annual global event in the field of electric heating, the 2025 China International Electric Heating Industry Expo (Spring Exhibition), was grandly opened today at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center. As a leading enterprise in high-end electric heating solutions in China, New Hongda Electric Heating Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "New Hongda") showcased its three core technology matrices and multiple debut products at booth number T16 in Zone A. With the theme of "Intelligent Drive, Green Future", it showcased its breakthrough achievements in the fields of high efficiency, energy conservation, intelligent manufacturing, and sustainable energy to global customers.

Hardcore Technology Matrix, Defining New Industry Benchmarks

At this exhibition, New Hongda unveiled for the first time its fifth generation "Superconducting Transient Thermal System", which took two years to develop. This technology deeply integrates nanoscale composite ceramic coatings with AI temperature control algorithms, saving 42% energy and increasing thermal response speed to 0.3 seconds compared to traditional solutions, which has attracted high attention from professional audiences on site. In the exhibition area, the commercial grade electromagnetic thermal module (NEH-5000X) equipped with this system is demonstrated through dynamic sand table, visually presenting its innovative applications in industrial drying, new energy vehicle battery thermal management and other scenarios.

In the field of consumer electronics, New Hongda has simultaneously launched the world's first graphene flexible heating film (FlexiHeat Pro), with a thickness of only 0.18mm but with 1200 hours of continuous working stability, which can accurately adapt to high-end needs such as smart wearables and medical therapy. On the first day of the exhibition, strategic cooperation intentions were reached with multiple European health technology companies.

Practitioners of dual carbon strategy, green technology recognized by authorities

At the "Global Electric Heating Industry Carbon Neutrality Summit" held concurrently with the exhibition, Dr. Li Mingzhe, CTO of New Hongda, was invited to give a keynote speech, systematically elaborating on the company's independently developed "THERMAL-OS" thermal energy cycle ecosystem. The platform has achieved large-scale implementation in more than 30 leading manufacturing enterprises through real-time energy consumption monitoring of the Internet of Things and machine learning optimization algorithms, reducing carbon emissions by over 150000 tons per year. On the first day of the exhibition, New Hongda was awarded the "Green Technology Pioneer Enterprise in China's Electric Heating Industry" award, demonstrating its technological leadership as a national level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise.

Global strategic layout accelerates, smart factories empower industrial upgrading

The digital twin interactive area specially set up at the exhibition site is connected in real-time to the New Hongda Dongguan Smart Production Base through 3D holographic projection technology. The intelligent factory covering an area of 2000 square meters is equipped with fully automatic nano spraying lines and Industry 4.0 flexible assembly systems, achieving an annual production capacity of 2 million precision electric heating elements. We are promoting the construction of a manufacturing center in Southeast Asia, and in the next three years, we will form a service network covering the six major economic regions around the world, "said Wang Wei, International Business Director of New Hongda, in a media interview.

Co construction of industry ecology, deep integration of industry, academia and research

During the exhibition, New Hongda and the School of Materials Science at Tsinghua University jointly established the "Advanced Thermal Management Joint Laboratory" and launched the "Young Innovative Talents Training Program for the Electric Heating Industry". The first batch will invest 2 million yuan in research and development funds, focusing on cutting-edge fields such as ultra-low power materials and extreme environmental thermal control.
