New Hongda Electric Heating Technology Successfully Delivers a Batch of High Temperature Single Head Electric Heating Tubes to Danish Users

Recently, our company successfully completed the production and testing of a batch of high-end single head electric heating tubes customized for Danish customers. The products have entered the final packaging stage and will soon be sent to Denmark. This is another international cooperation of our company in the field of high-end industrial heating elements, demonstrating the recognition of our products in the international market.

The high-end single head electric heating tube ordered by the Danish customer this time is specially customized for the mold heating scenario of their industrial production line. This product fully combines the high-precision requirements of the customer's production line in its design, using SUS316L stainless steel as the pipe shell and nickel chromium heat-resistant alloy wire heating core to ensure stability and corrosion resistance in high temperature environments. The diameter of the product is precisely controlled at Φ 12mm, and the length of the heating section is customized to 1200mm. The surface load reaches 18W/cm ², and it can quickly heat up to 400 ℃ within 30 seconds, perfectly matching the efficient heating needs of the customer's production line.

In the production process, our company strictly follows the international industrial heating element standards, from raw material screening to finished product testing, each link undergoes multiple quality controls. During the raw material stage, three sampling tests are conducted on the hardness and oxidation resistance of stainless steel pipes; In the production process, fully automatic shrinking equipment is used to compress the density of magnesium oxide powder filling to above 3.3g/cm ³, ensuring the insulation and thermal conductivity between the heating wire and the shell; During the final product inspection, in addition to routine electrical performance and insulation resistance tests, a continuous 72 hour high-temperature on/off test was conducted to simulate the actual production environment of Danish customers. All product indicators far exceeded customer requirements.

As a well-known industrial equipment manufacturer in Europe, Danish customers have extremely high requirements for the performance and stability of heating elements. This cooperation began with technical docking three months ago, and the customer has put forward 12 customized requirements, including special outgoing methods, precise power segmentation design, etc. Our technical team held 8 online meetings with customers, providing professional solutions for each requirement, and ultimately won their trust with our customization capabilities and product quality.

At present, this batch of high-end single head electric heating tubes has been vacuum packaged with moisture-proof and shockproof properties, and is expected to arrive at the Danish customer's factory in 15 days.
