Recently, Shenzhen Xinhongda Electric Heating Technology Co., Ltd. welcomed a group of energetic new employees. To help them quickly understand the company, integrate into the team, and familiarize themselves with the business, the company organized a three-day new employee onboarding training from May 12th to 14th. Fifteen new employees from various departments gathered together and embarked on a journey of growth at Xinhongda.


Getting to know the new grand vision: understanding the original intention and anchoring the direction


On the first day of the training, the head of the administrative department led the new employees to visit the company's production workshop, research and development laboratory, and product exhibition hall. In the production workshop, everyone witnessed the production process of core products such as thermal oil heaters and flange type electric heaters with their own eyes. From the selection of raw materials to the inspection of finished products, every step was rigorous and meticulous, giving new employees a clear understanding of the company's product quality.


In the product exhibition hall, the person in charge introduced in detail the important milestones of New Hongda since its establishment in 2005, based on the company's development history. From a small workshop to a high-tech enterprise with 37 patents, New Hongda has always focused on the research and innovation of electric heating equipment. This commitment has deeply impressed new employees with the company's development background and industry responsibility. Subsequently, everyone watched the company's promotional video together, further understanding the company's market layout and customer reputation in the fields of petroleum, chemical, electronics, etc., and expressed confidence in their future work.


Deeply cultivating the profession: empowering growth, practicing hard skills


In order to enable new employees to quickly master the skills required for their positions, a variety of professional courses have been set up for training. The senior engineers from the technical department provided a clear and concise explanation of the technical principles, operating standards, and common problem troubleshooting of the company's core products. In the practical stage, engineers led new employees into the R&D laboratory, demonstrated the performance testing process of electric heating elements on site, and guided everyone to operate the relevant equipment by hand. Originally, our product had so many precise designs in terms of explosion-proof performance, which gave me a clearer understanding of my work, "sighed Xiao Li, a new employee from the R&D department.


In addition, the company also invited the heads of the finance department and the human resources and administration department to explain the financial reimbursement process, employee welfare system, and workplace etiquette. These practical courses not only helped new employees clear process barriers in their work, but also made them feel the humanized management atmosphere of the company.

On the last day of the training, the company organized a unique team building activity. In games such as "Trust Backdrop" and "Invincible Wind and Fire Wheel", new employees collaborate and encourage each other, quickly bringing themselves closer and significantly improving team cohesion. After the event, the company's general manager Fan Yurong had a face-to-face communication with the new employees. He shared his experience since starting his own business, encouraging everyone to maintain their enthusiasm for learning, be brave in innovation, and achieve a win-win situation between personal value and enterprise development on the new grand platform.
