In order to enable new employees to quickly master the skills required for their positions, a variety of professional courses have been set up for training. The senior engineers from the technical department provided a clear and concise explanation of the technical principles, operating standards, and common problem troubleshooting of the company's core products. In the practical stage, engineers led new employees into the R&D laboratory, demonstrated the performance testing process of electric heating elements on site, and guided everyone to operate the relevant equipment by hand.
