This training was tailored to three core modules based on the characteristics of the company's products and production practices.
In the product quality standard module, the training instructor provided a detailed interpretation of the national industry standards and internal control standards for the company's flagship products, such as thermal oil heaters, explosion-proof electric heaters, and instant heating tubes. In response to the special requirements for high temperature resistance and uniform heating performance of the electric heating rod for the forming mold of the 3D glass hot bending machine, the instructor compared advanced industry cases and clarified key indicators such as temperature error control and heat uniformity of the product in a high temperature environment of 950 ℃, enabling trainees to have a clearer understanding of the "quality red line".
The process operation specification module focuses on detail control in the production process. From basic processes such as wire winding, powder filling, and shrinking of electric heating tubes, to complex processes such as corrugated stainless steel strip winding and calibration of over temperature control devices for explosion-proof electric heaters, the training adopts a "theoretical explanation+on-site demonstration" approach, dismantling and operating key points one by one. For example, when explaining the application of the invention patent for "a device for processing and producing electric heating tubes", technicians demonstrated on site how the device reduces manual errors through automated positioning, enabling trainees to intuitively grasp efficient and accurate operation methods.
The quality inspection and troubleshooting module focuses on enhancing the problem identification and resolution abilities of trainees. The training covers calibration methods for temperature sensing elements such as thermocouples and thermal resistors, as well as troubleshooting procedures for common faults in electric heating equipment such as uneven heating and over temperature alarms. The lecturer combined the product quality dispute cases involved in the company's past 8 judicial cases to deeply analyze the consequences that may arise from testing omissions and non-standard operations, making the trainees deeply aware of the importance of quality control.
Innovative training methods to enhance learning outcomes
To avoid the monotony of traditional training, this training adopts diverse teaching methods and fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of participants. In the theoretical teaching session, the instructor uses animation demonstrations, data comparisons, and other methods to transform abstract technical standards into intuitive visual content, helping trainees to quickly understand.
On site practical exercises were a major highlight of this training. In the practical operation area of the company's production workshop, trainees are grouped to carry out practical operations such as electric heating tube assembly and temperature sensor calibration, and receive one-on-one guidance and error correction from senior technicians. In response to the issue discovered during the training that some employees are not proficient in operating the new patented equipment, the technical department has specially produced a simple operation manual and arranged on-site Q&A to ensure that each participant can master the key skills.
At the end of the training, knowledge assessment and case analysis were included. By conducting a closed book exam, the trainees' mastery of quality standards and operating procedures will be tested. At the same time, a case study of "simulating production troubleshooting" will be used to assess the trainees' practical application abilities.
