1. Installation and wiring Make sure that the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the heater. The wiring part should be placed outside the heating layer and the insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded. Avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media, and moisture.
2. Maintenance and care The heater should be placed in a dry place. When the insulation resistance is lower than 1MΩ after long-term storage, it can be baked in an oven at about 200 degrees Celsius for 5-6 hours to recover. Clean the surface dust and pollutants regularly to maintain the heat dissipation performance of the heater.
Check the magnesium oxide powder at the outlet of the electric heating tube to prevent pollutants and moisture from penetrating and causing leakage.
3. Safety precautions Avoid empty burning during use to ensure that the effective heating area is tightly fitted with the heated body.
